When you get in touch
SecondWave Technologies Inc. collects the name, email address, package choice, and project details you send through our inquiry form. We use them to understand your project, prepare a quote, and reply. They are stored in our website’s database on ChatGPT Sites infrastructure. The form does not accept recordings or payment card details.
Who can access your details
Inquiry records are available to SecondWave Technologies Inc. through authorized site management access. We keep them while discussing or carrying out your project and handling related follow-up. If you decide not to proceed, you can ask us to delete your inquiry. We’ll explain if we need to keep any records relating to an accepted order or other obligations. Our hosting providers may keep separate operational logs and backups.
Keeping spam out
We use limited technical information to prevent repeated spam submissions. Each inquiry includes a hashed network identifier when available, or a hash of the submitting email address. We do not store a raw IP address in the inquiry record. Our hosting providers may process network information in their own systems. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing subscriptions.
Your recordings and payments
Before you send a recording, we agree on how it will be transferred and processed, who can access it, and when it will be deleted. We plan to use Dropbox for file transfers, Stripe for hosted payments, and AssemblyAI for transcription. We confirm the services used for your order before you share the audio. Submitting an inquiry does not send recordings to these services. Please contact us before sharing sensitive or regulated material.
Our sample and your work
The sample on our website uses synthetic voices and a transcript taken from the script. It shows the file formats we deliver, rather than client work or measured transcription accuracy. We will not use your recordings or finished files as public examples without your separate permission.
